Foobar2000 goes slow when a file already exists

doing a file move operating when the file already exists seems to make Foobar2000 stop for an extended period of time.  I don't see any rationale/reason for it to take so long if the file exists it needs to move on, but it seems like a timeout is getting hit.

Any ideas please ?
