CBR podcasts "Decoded with minor problems" and "Reporte

Guys, why almost every podcast episode in MP3 gives "Decoded with minor problems" and "Reported length is inaccurate..." when verified with foobar2000? I read that VBR can give this but they are all CBR.

I don't care to fix it, I'd just like to know why they report this issue.
