High Fidelity Pure Audio v Bluray High Resolution Audio

Hi,
are Bluray High Fidelity Pure Audio and Bluray High Resolution Audio separate formats? I am aware that Universal Music sell Bluray High Fidelity Pure Audio discs. However I read an article in Expert reviews dated October 2013 which referred to a new format by the Promotion Group for Blu-ray Disc High Resolution Audio which comprised of Japanese companies Memory-Tech, Krypton, Q-tec and Camerata Tokyo. Are they separate formats or one and the same?
