Corrupted AAC file?

Hi,

I'm a radio hobbyist, and I have a stream set up from my home scanner that archives anything it hears to MP4, and streams out so I can listen to it on my phone. It came to my attention that something happened that the audio in my archive may be beneficial to one of my friends. Usually I have no problem pulling these files (24hour blocks of audio) and getting audio out usually just means opening Audacity, going to the right time and getting what I want to hear.

However, this file seems to not want to open in anything. Everytime I try to open it, either the program I try to open it with crashes, or spits out an error about a missing moov box. I Googled and searched around the boards a bit, and everything I've tried hasn't worked.

The file is https://www.dropbox.com/s/r4en0o1fucw79te/N...0816%200244.m4a

Does anyone have any ideas?
