FofR: Spectrum not showing

I'm running the newest version of FB2K with panels UI using the FofR v0.9.  Everything is working well, except when I have it in now playing mode with the album art displayed, I want to display the spectrum over the image, like I should be able to, but when I mouse over the image to show the options, it says that the spectrum is disabled in this mode, which I don't think it should be. 

If screenshots are needed, let me know, thanks in advance for any help.
