midi support?

i have a little suggestion if anyone cares enough to listen. ive been using foobar2000 for a year or two now and it has pretty much eliminated my need for windows media altogether. i use VLC media player (also open source and straight-to-the-point simple) for video. however, im a musician and wannabe programmer so i have to deal with midi files now and then. how about midi playback for foobar? if a midi plugin already exists could someone link me?

You can use VST Instruments with it, I heard people complaining that it doesn't work though. Maybe you should use the forum search to check that.

EDIT: found corresponding thread: foo_midi, no sound.
