'File Types' missing in standard installation

I just did a standard install of fb2k, but the File Types dialogue is missing from the prefs.

Just in case, I uninstalled/reinstalled the program, but that changed nothing.

Where are you looking? Post-XP, file-association preferences have been moved from “File types” to “Shell integration”, as noted at the top of the FAQ.
