HELP: CUETools changed my default Windows Downloads folder

When experimenting with CUETools, I right-clicked on my Downloads folder in the Folder Browser and selected "Set as My Music folder". It didn't do anything I wanted so I reverted this action. Now CUETools seems ok, but Windows Explorer (and every other file access dialog in Windows) is showing two "Music" folders and no "Downloads" folder in its left column. How do I correct this? Thanks.

You may simply rename it back in explorer with rightclick browsing over c:\ to your user folder.

That was the first thing I looked at doing, but it just does not feel like it will do what I want.  I ended up finding help online on how to restore the links to Downloads folder via editing the registry:

There were two GUIDs that needed to be redirected from %USERPROFILE%\Music back to %USERPROFILE%\Downloads. This seems to have fixed the issue.

Before this, I used "System Restore" to return my system to a previous date and that did NOT fix the issue created by CUETools. That's a nasty bug.
