youtube with heos upnp sync audio video

Hi all,
I am now using the UPnP MediaRenderer Output (foo_out_upnp 1.3.2) and the Youtube Source (foo_youtube 3.7.2) to play youtube instruction video's over my heos 3 speakers. I installed also the LAV filters. This works nice, but the sound lags a bit behind the video. This is explainable, because the HEOS speakers are buffering the sound. So I want to delay the video output with 1 or 2 seconds. Is there a way to make this possible?
