similar artist component

I seem to have lost a component. I used to have the ability to right click files and have the option (I think under utilities or tagging) to tag my files with a multivalue %similar artist% tag. The component sourced this information from last.fm.
I thought it was foo_soft_playlists that did that but that doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone have an idea what component did what I described?
