Android foobar2000 controller: could not connect to server

hi,
i installed the http control plugin to control it via my android phone.
"foobar2000 controller" seems to be nice. does not much rights and seems to contain all features.
but it could not connect to the the server, although the ip and port is correct.

using the browser works.
also foodroid can connect, but i miss some features for playlist management.
the other apps require many rights.

does someone has an idea?
or an suggestion for another good free app?

Probably because the Foobar Controller app is a piece of fucking outdated shit.

It's a pain in the ass to set up, and if you don't use it often enough then it just stops working for no goddamn reason.

Same with that worthless garbage Monkeymote.
