Problem with cue not detected

Pikachu Records - ポケモンTVアニメ主题歌 BEST OF BEST 1997-2012[Disk1].wav this is the file audio and this:

If I put in unicode is the same EAC and Foobar not detect the files or the cue, I feel that is problem in the cue file.

Please help
