CUETools / Re: How to set up libFLAC on Cuetools 2.1.9?
Last post by dpr -
Web browser and registry fixes only work for files downloaded after the fixes were applied. The AlternateStreamView program linked in the article is useful for identifying that all files are free of data streams.

If the file is not being blocked due to  :Zone.Identifier:$DATA then you'll need to look for other reasons for the file being blocked (or partially blocked) such as anti-virus software or elevated user requirements in the location where you unzipped  CUETools.

Thank you for the suggestion of AlternateStreamView. I tried it on the entire cuetools extracted folder. Nothing found.
I also tried downloading the .zip again and extracted it into my 'Documents' folder. Same result.
Ran as administrator, same result.

Attached details on the version of windows...

3rd Party Plugins - (fb2k) / Re: foo_uie_sql_tree

Most likely because the regular expression implementation of the released version of foo_sqlite does not support unicode strings. This is also something, which is already implemented for the next version. As mentioned in the foo_sqlite thread it will need some time before it can be released and I hope it will be this year, but I cannot guarantee it.
No worries. Thanks.

Updating a package should be as simple as importing the new biography zip (full instructions are in download location). I've sent you a pm with more info & a response to your other post.

General Audio / Bulk removing 150 website address from any tag, import from text file..
Last post by Alangar -
Hi Guys,
I am a newbie, in a notepad text file, i have 150 website address (entered one by one in each line), that i need to remove from the tags in which ever tags they are, keeping the rest of the tags text intact.

How do i import this text file to foobar2000 and ask foobar2000 to find and replace each website address with a blank so that the website address if found in any tag will be removed.  Please help me, thank you.
Which tool should i use, for this. ??

Thank you,
Alan

he could have saved a lot of money by just calling Genelec.
And he could have better sound (at lower cost) by replacing the record player with a digital source. :D :D :D

...Well, I guess you can't say "better" if you like the "warm crackle" of a vinyl record!
He has a CD player too. The interesting thing is given the choice between the two, 'evidently' he still listens to vinyl and seems ok with it.  Please, can we not go sideways here, as analog versus digital isn't really relevant to this particular discussion. Thanks.
