What does probability that your guessing mean?

I still much prefer (but hey, it ain't my call):

"Probability that you can do the same or better by flipping a coin:"

It makes perfect sense for all possible scores (0/N, 1/N ... N/N).

...because that is essentially the definition of the value...expressed in lay terms.

Agree. I have proposed similar (i.e. compare to coinflipping) before. E.g.
"p-value (i.e. the chance to achieve the same score or better by tossing a coin): ",

but one can rewrite it at the risk of introducing less-than-neutral wording:

"Total: 9/13, p=0.133.
Your score would beat 87 out of 100 coin-tossers. To be confident that you are better than the coin, a common statistical threshold is 95."

How would that better explain a pval of 100% for 0/16 than "Probability that you were guessing" which is currently in place?

Probability that you can do the same or better by flipping a coin

the chance to achieve the same score or better by tossing a coin

I like that yours is more concise.  Combining the two:
Chance to do the same or better by flipping a coin

Your score would  beat 87 out of 100 coin-tossers.
beat?
tosser?

What's wrong with beating tossers?
"I hear it when I see it."

I suppose it depends on when and where and whether there was consent if more than one party was involved.
