looking for a mp3 player , can you give some advises?

No worries, volume to max (and in settings maximum volume = "loud") ist just the normal line out level, only impedance is lower than a usual line out.

Does rockbox decode AAC?

Volume should be set to 0 dB in Rockbox, not the maximum which is +6 dB. And Rockbox decodes AAC, yes.

you know what i miss , is a line out
The headphone output makes a perfectly good line out if you turn the volume up.

Cheers,
David.

yes?
to connect to a densen  amplifier , i'm worried to damage it

I assume you mean a normal integrated amplifier, or a pre/power combination? If so, yes, it will be fine.

Don't use it with just a power amplifier (i.e. don't use it without a pre-amplifier). At very low volumes the clip is too hissy to be connected directly to a power amplifier, and isn't designed for that anyway.

Cheers,
David.
