foobar makes my sound card turn off i think

i have a turtle beach audio advantage micro and its a usb sound card and i'm using asio4all with foobar. the sound card turns off by itself sometimes and i have a feeling it has to do with foobar because after i reconnect the soundcard it turns on again and foobar freezes up.
