How to exclude "non-music" from playlist

When I drop a folder of files on foobar2000 everything cues up including JPG and TXT files.  How can I tell playlist to exclude non-music files?  I'm using CUI/NG Playlist, but DUI advice also appreciated.  Thanks.

Don't drop the contents but the directory itself.

I've never noticed that before.  Now I'm not sure why I'd have been dropping the contents at all.  Have to watch for the next time it happens and what I did to cause it.
