ID3v2.4 Tag Editor

Hello!

I am looking for an ID3v2.4 tag editor which should also write tags at the end of the file (feature introduced in ID3v2.4 tags). Those are NOT ID3v1(.1) tags.

I don't if programs like "tag and rename" only uses id3v2.3 but helium2 can use id3v2.4.

I guess many programs won't use id3v2.4 before winamp supports it.

EAC can write id3v2.4, however I'm not sure if it's writen @ the ass by default.

The only one I know that can write them to the EOF is Frontah
