Nencode - EAC Help Sought

I was able to get nencode to work with EAC, Nero AAC  and tg.exe.  Although a bit difficult to gather all the parts, it provides a nice level of automation.

I would like to be able to run EAC minimized while ripping, encoding and tagging, but the console window keeps popping up in XP.  This is quite a distraction when trying to do something else.

Does anyone know how to keep the console window from opening without giving up any of the functionality of this setup?

I susect the problem is related to using cmd.exe to call nencode and tg.  The check box in EAC that keeps the console window closed when using other external encoders does not work here.
