Surcode Dolby Digital in Premiere 7

I recently picked up a copy of premiere 7 and noticed it came with a plugin by surcode for encoding dolby digital 5.1.  Knowing that the surcode encoder is quite good, it would be cool to use this for some of my audio.  Does anyone know how  to import a dts file or 6 waves to premiere and export then using the surcode plugin to a single 5.1 ac3 file? Thanks
