Sticky tutorial on how to set up EAC with AAC?

With so many iPods out there, and iTunes not yet out for windows, a lot of people are looking at how to get EAC working with Nero AAC. I think it would be really nice to have the whole processess in a sticky here. The MP3 forum has recomended settings and tells you how to set up EAC, and so does the MPC forum. People put in a lot of work to write NEncode and modify Tag.exe, yet no one really knows about them because the threads that talk about them are disjointed and burried.
