Playing playlist at certain time (foobar comp. or other app)

Hi,

I'm looking for software or foobar component that will for example play random tracks for m3u file or folder or something at certain time for example:

From 08:00 am - 12:00 am playing random tracks from folder lounge-chill
From 12:00 am - 6:00 pm playing random tracks from folder deep-house
From 6:00 pm - 12:00 pm playing random tracks from folder house

Is there such a component for foobar or is there any other software that will do this kind of automation?
