Need a w64 file for testing

Hi all,
Can anyone link me to a small example .w64 file (Sony's 64bit wav format)? I'm writing a decoder for my software and need a test file.

Foobar can convert to that format, so use any audio file you have, or rip from Audio CD.
Error 404; signature server not available.
