G.726

can any one tell me about the objective score for G.726 obtained by using  the p.862 software which is freely downloadable.will be one and the same as the other softwares like opticom or any other paid ones.
as in the P.862 std he says that if you develop your own software for p.862
the objective score for suupp23 and voipref testvectors .the deifference should not be more than .05 with the reference itu-t P.862 software.
if that is the case can you tell me what are the differences between the reference and the others.
