What is the best way to rename tag fields? Also Lyric tagging conventi

Posted here because I didn't see a metadata subforum and 95% of my music library is FLAC.
I tried using dbPoweramp but I didn't see an obvious way to rename tagfields. My library is organized into Music/$ARTIST/$ALBUM/*.flac + any .cue, jpg, etc.

Conversion questions:
  • I need to convert tag names. Example: "USLT" -> "Lyrics".
  • The tags may only appear in some files.  Example: Not all my music has been lyric tagged.

Lyrics Tagging Conventions: asking here because I hope they are
simple questions, otherwise I'll make a seperate post.
  • How do I explicitly indicate a song has no lyrics? Just a blank lyrics tag?
  • Does neroAacEnc autotag files on its own? (I use the default foobar2000 neroAac conversion.) Does neroAacEnc automatically invoke neroAacTag on it's own? If so, does it look for a specific lyrics field name?
