The detail of OFL (Original File Length)

I'm looking for the detail of OFL(Original File Length).

For example,  I'm looking for the following info

- Data size of OFL
- Data syntax of OFL
- How should the decoder use those data?

I purchased the AES paper of OFL.

That would be some pretty serious jitter!

No, given the title ("Original File Length"), it appears to be referring to the encoder delay and padding that's added to each encoded MP3 file, and how to accurately remove it upon decoding and playback.

Could I confirm the OFL?

I think OFL is meta data and has the syntax of the specification.
Does OFL have common syntax?

Is it just a concept?
