Android 1.2.30 doesn't decode single-chapter WebM (Matroska) file same as PC

foobar2000 Android 1.2.30 doesn't decode a WebM file with a single chapter the same way that foobar2000 1.6.8 for PC does.  On PC, foobar2000 will use the chapter start time and chapter end time to hide away the beginning and end of the file.  On Android, foobar2000 ignores the chapter, and plays the entire file.
