Version 1.3 of WavPack Java decoder available

Peter has sent me an updated version (now 1.3) of the WavPack decoder written in Java (this is the one used by lots of platform-independent audio players, including JavaTunes). The changes are:
  • 3 edge-case bugs fixed
  • speed optimizations
  • clean-up and place in a package
