Could not load info Error When Attempting To Rip CDs

I trying out foobar2000 but when I try to rip a CD I receive this message:
Could not load info (I/O error (win32 #1117) from: "cdda://00b137E4,01", 02, and so forth.

Can someone let me know the solution? I am using Windows XP SP2, foobar2000 v0.9.6.9, and both CD drives (one Read Only, the other Read/Write) are Plextor SCSI drives.
