Seeking software to compare voice recordings by syllable stress/graphs

I am looking out for a software that would help compare two voice files based on syllable stress. To be more precise, my need can be broken down into two parts:

1. Graphical output of the voice recording.

2. Graph comparison to an existing graph and assessment of deviation.


While Goldwave audio software readily delivers on the first requirement; Can you suggest plug-ins or softwares that would give me a comparison of voice graphs.

Are there any developers who can create this product for me using the Goldwave platform?
