Converter's bugs with option "Copy other files to the destination folder"

First
If DSP is used and option "Don't reset DSP between tracks" is enabled AND option "Copy other files to the destination folder" is also enabled then "Converter Output" window doesn't show last track that was converted.
As you can see in video 4 track are converted (but not really successfully - see second problem), but olnly 3 tracks are shown in "Converter Output" window.

Second
Warning! In my scenario that you can see in video if "Don't reset DSP between tracks" is enabled AND "Copy other files to the destination folder" is enabled then last track was chopped by 12 ms after conversion! It became 6:00:988 instead of 6:01.000! This doesn't happen if option  "Copy other files to the destination folder" is disabled.
Tested in 1.4.6 beta 1. Didn't test older versions.
Files in test are available for free on bandcamp - https://eave.bandcamp.com/album/eave-galare

Tested older versions. Problem existed already in 1.4.1. Obviously, length of truncation of last track depends on DSP being used.
