minimize to tray

I want to add an option so that when I click on "minimize", the program is minimized to the tray, and then I hide it in the tray so that the program does not take up space on the taskbar. Thank you

Winkey+M doesn't do it . Why so ? Have to mouse to minimize button

Also may I request for some future version to allow into the system tray always and never in the taskbar ?
