Orban AAC/AAC+ decoder "encoding"question

I use this decoder with WMP to listen to South American folk music streams and I notice that the song titles/etc are often corrupted, when the titles have accents.  The corruption is different on different stations.  The documentation with the decoder has a reference to a parameter in the .asx file called "encoding" but only the value "utf-8" is given.  It looks like other values might give better results.

Does anyone here know of a list of other usable values for this parameter which might let me see the song titles properly? Or is it possible that this feature is broken?  I have version 1.1.51.1000.  Are later versions different?

Thanks
Peter
