"indexing audio library" when nothing had changed in recent versions

Since the last three (or so) versions of foobar2000 mobile on Android I see an "indexing audio library" even if nothing had changed and I set updating the index to manual. This is kind of annoying, and I wonder whether I am the only one to notice it.

I had the same issue, on iOS not Android though.

I use FB2k mobile exclusively for streaming content from my NAS via smb. No files on my phones. Consequently I set the switches for iPod library and foobar2000 Music Folder to 'off' and only had the smb share set to 'on'.

Running a complete rescan all was fine as long as you didn't close the app. Closing the app and reopening it led to a pop-up 'Revindexing. Please wait' for no apparent reason. It would stay on for about 3 to 4 seconds and then close. But every move you made in your library would bring it back up.
Going to the media library preferences displayed an incomplete scan. Also switching 'Monitor library for changes' to off in the Advanced setting made no difference.

By coincidence I toggled the switches for iPod library and foobar2000 Music Folder to on. And voila, no more uninitiated rescanning. I don't understand the logic behind it but it solved my problem.
