Prob w/ Haali Media Splitter+AVI+subs on Winamp

Playback doesn't even start with VSFilter 2.37 registered, everythng works fine with VobSub 2.23, the problem occurs only with the AVI container, any clues?

Versions used:
Haali Media Splitter 1.6.49.0 (18-01-2006)
VobSub 2.23
VSFilter 2.37
Winamp 5.12 / Winamp 5.2 Beta (build 365)

Thank you.

Perhaps you should try a real video player and not WinAMP.

Gee, very informative, intelligent and useful reply  ...

I'm a BSplayer 1.37 user, this isn't for me, see [a href="http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=19&t=40055]here[/url].

Yes very useful, because trying another player at least could help locating the problem. Now you only know that there is a problem with this particular combination of filters, files and player.

I still think it's not a good idea to use an audio player for video, though.

I need to solve the problem on Winamp, which isn't just an audio player anymore you might've noticed, anyway all other DirectShow players behave the same way except for WMP 10.
