daefeatures updates

I've given the daefeatures website a major overhaul.

The most notable change is the inclusion now of information from the dbpowamp drive offsets page (thanks spoon!). I've excluded those drives simply listed as "'DVD ROM', 'DVD+R/RW', 'DVD-16X', 'DVD-16X' ..." etc as they have no manufacturer. If people think these are of value let me know and I'll look at including them. Hopefully including this information helps to keep it relevant.

Other changes include:
  • User can now reset own password. It's only taken me ~10 years .... I've been busy!  O:) 
  • Site should be mostly mobile friendly.

edit:
I'm going purge the drive type prefix in model name field (eg DVDR PX-708A will become PX-708A) from the dbpoweramp submissions so they are easier to find and group with manual submissions.
