Track digital clipping indicator as title formatting variable

Apparently the Console used to notify the user when digital clipping was detected at the end of the DSP chain:

I'm requesting that the digital clipping is reported in a title formatting variable per-track, or something to that effect (maybe even more granular so the notification pops at different points of clipping during a track).  I want to use such a variable to turn stuff red/light foobar2000 on fire when this happens, so digital clipping is visually distinguished from correct playback.

No, I'm not going to reduce the preamp value from 0.0 to some arbitrary, negative value to "avoid" clipping "most of the time."  Another possible use:  I want to see precisely when the Advanced Limiter is working (when digital clipping would otherwise occur).

A DSP as mundane as a sample rate converter will cause digital clipping for certain signals.  The user should have a visual indication when this happens.
