Lame 3.99a vs Lame 3.100 pre echo

Been messing around with 320kbps lately with the --allshort switch. It really helps with this sample from a album i have, but I'm not sure if 320kbps setting has more access to a bit reservoir.
Got locked out on a password i didn't remember. :/
