How do I get DVD-A Tools to work?

Hi all,I'm a newbie and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to use Dave Chapman's source code on Windows XP?I've searched the web for info on source code but got overwhelmed at what is out there.

Hmm. Well I can't seem to actually download the archive.... I'm getting like 0bytes/second . However, it mentions that a pre-compiled windows binary is included in the source archive. You should be able to just yank that out and use it.

Not having used the software, I don't know much about it, but the how-to seems to cover the basics.
