MPEG-2/4 AAC fixed point C code base

Hi experts,

Presently I'm working on optimization of AAC encoder & decoder (AAC-LC, HE-AAC etc...both MPEG-2/4) on cortex a processors...when I tried to download code base from the below link...the link is not working

can any body tell me from where I can download the fixed point C codebase????

I also want to learn about codec internals and background theory

can u peple provide me the good books, links and tutorials???

also, if you browse the rockbox site, you'll find instructions for how to check out the source code.
