DLNA Audio Streaming

My setup: Onkyo TX-NR609 connected to TP-Link Powerline adaptor and similarly ViginMedia Broadband Hub connected to TP-Link Powerline adaptor.
My lap top has Serviio Server and FLAC & MP3 music tracks running on Windows 10. Laptop is not connected to any TP-Link, it is running on Wifi.
Playing tracks (1) (44.1KHz/16bit) with Serviio has frequent audio drop-outs. It is worse when playing sample rate (2) 96KHz/24bit.

Playing with Mezzmo, (1) above does not have any drop-outs but (2) is same as Serviio.

Where is the fault, (1) Onkyo, (2) Servers or (3) Network?
