How to use in Adobe Audition?

There is no Audition plugin.

To edit an ALS file you will need to manually decode to WAVE, load the WAVE into Audition, edit, save, then re-encode to ALS.

To save to ALS you will need to save to WAVE and then encode to ALS separately.

I can't use & don't want to use command line apps.
Too bad for Audition users.
Can tom develop a TAK filter for Audition?

You're posting so much that you're confusing yourself.  This is your ALS thread.

Why do you need to use all these lossless apps with Audition?  If it's paramount that you use Audition then choose Wavpack or FLAC and be done with it.

Then bite the bullet and use the command line!

You need to start showing that you can help yourself before any more useless threads or posts.  If you can't be bothered to put in any time before posting I'll have to revoke your posting privileges for a while, to give you some time to think.
