2 Feature requests for converter: Delete source+Auto select

I have two proposals for the converter dialog:

1. An option to delete the source file(s), if the conversion is completely lossless

2. Automatically select the ratio-button "Specify folder" when you have browsed for one or entered text in the field.
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

As an option,yes, for me it's ok too to delete sourcefiles when the conversion is lossy, not only when lossless.
