How to batch convert from WavPack to Thomson MP3 Surround encoder for Linux?

Does anyone know how to get ffmpeg to transcode from WavPack and feed it to Thomson's MP3 Surround encoder, also preserving the tags?

I found it when I was looking for oddball MP3 encoders. It seems to be FhG FastEnc, one of their later versions, and a fully functional encoder for standard 2 channel MP3 files.

I'd say the quality compares favorably to LAME, but I've noticed that it handles things much differently (preferring to use M/S encoding for nearly all frames at 4 of the 5 VBR settings for instance.

Thanks!
