0.3a/b/c are "hotfix releases" correcting major problems found in 0.3.

and maybe some dates if the dlls get updated???

all dlls are updated whenever new build comes out, that also includes all "hotfix releases" so far.

yeah, I like changlelogs too (often they are a good documentation, or even helps in development), though, this is not the kind of things we are used to expect from peter
