Columns UI - NG playlist: copy/paste request

The copy/paste commands in the context menu of the NG playlist are very useful. But if the playlist is empty, no paste command appears, because no entry is available or marked. There is no context menu at all. Could you please add a context menu to empty playlists. It should have only a single paste command (only if an entry was copied).
