No track rating displayed

After upgrading to Windows 10 1809, the rating of the tracks stopped displaying. Instead of the usual stars, squares began to appear. Font change didn't help.
I also noticed that after the update, the unicode of stars ceased to be displayed (in notepad), but everything works in the browser (when inserting a rating pattern here).

Nah, it only works for Segoe UI Symbol font, but there’s no problem with him at all.
