EAC does not find Audio CD

Starting EAC I will receive the following messages: "Drive does not contain a music CD" and "No audio tracks found". I have Windows 10.0.19042 and Lenovo 4178CJG. Windows Media Player can play the CD. What should I change in order to use EAC?

Have you tried another CD?

When you open EAC, does it correctly identify your CD drive:

F9 > "Interface": What SCSI interface is EAC using?  Are any other options available?

Possibly this is a data CD with music files that Windows Media Player plays.
