Song Title and Artist missing in places

When I listen to  https://22343.live.streamtheworld.com/KINKAAC.aac?t  the Artist and Title are displayed in the title bar and the Playlist window, but they are not listed when I right click and select properties. They don't appear to be passed to my lyrics plugins, OpenLyrics and MiniLyrics. How can I fix this?

There is nothing you can do. You'll have to wait for the developers to update their components. They have to utilise special methods from the foobar2000 SDK to get dynamic artist/title info.

I recommend you should install the foo_dyndec plugin which will be helpful down the road for use with Run Services, etc. and dynamic stream data.

But the reason you aren't seeing a lyrics response in the OpenLyrics plugin is because it does not support stream metadata;  this may change at a later date but the newest .10 release does not support it.  By "Minilyrics" are you refering to the older foobar plugin foo_uie_lyrics3_minilyrics for use in the Lyrics Show Panel 3 plugin's panel, or the separate Crintsoft application?  Keep in mind that the Minilyrics site goes up and down on an irregular basis.

For radio stream lyrics, using Lyrics Show Panel 3 with the foo_multisource plugin will display radio stream lyrics from 11 sources (incl. Minilyrics when active).  You want the .55 ("testing") version downloadable here:  https://www.reddit.com/r/foobar2000/comments/o7ua73/lyric_show_panel_3_lyrics_from_genius_musixmatch/

I'm referring to the Crintsoft application, I like it's options and configurability. I used to run it concurrently with Lyrics Show Panel 3, and used its editor to manage the downloaded lyrics. Unfortunately, it no longer works with Internet radio. Does anyone know how to intercept the stream and decode the artist and title, then pass it onto MiniLyrics? I have installed  Lyrics Show Panel 3 and foo_multisource, after some fiddling it is working. 55 failed to work for me, .50 did work, I have no idea why. I'm running foobar2000 v1.6.8. I installed foo_dyndec, how do I configure it? Not seeming to work with Minilyrics. Thanks sveakul for the useful reply.

With foo_multisource .55, did you move ALL of the sources prefaced NEWDB: to the Search Order box on the left of the LSP3 panel?  As I mentioned, it includes Minilyrics and supercedes the built-in entries.  Works beautifully here on FB 1.6.8;  OS is Windows 10x64 21H2.

foo_dyndec requires a different syntax for using the tag data it finds, for example %dartist% instead of %artist%.  I don't know if you can "port" this over to the Crintsoft app or not.  I use it to enable constructing web searches against stream metadata for foo_run's Run Services entries, as in the post here: https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php?topic=117737.msg972178#msg972178 .  You could try posting to Case on that thread or here to ask what additional uses it has that may help you.
