Installation Xch4nge skin on Windows XP

Hi 
Is it possibly to install Xch4nge skin on Windows XP?
I want to get the final effect something like this Xch4nge
If yes, could You explain me how to step by step can I install it?
I noticed that Xch4nge isn't supported for Win XP, but maybe is any way to angaged with install Xch4nge on XP?

1) it quite clearly says "Windows Vista or Seven (aero required)"
2) ask the theme author. no one here is going to know.
